IESCO and IAIS Malaysia Organize Roundtable Discussion on Empowering Gaza’s Education Under the Patronage of the Minister of Higher Education

Under the patronage of His Excellency YB Dato’ Seri Diraja Dr. Zambry Abdul Kadir, Minister of Higher Education, the International Educational Scientific and Cultural Organization (IESCO) and IAIS Malaysia successfully organized a roundtable discussion titled “From Destruction to Reconstruction: Empowering Gaza’s Education” at UM. The event brought together key stakeholders, including NGOs, academics, and policymakers, to explore strategies for supporting educational initiatives in the Gaza Strip amid the ongoing war.
The discussion focused on addressing critical challenges facing education in Gaza. Participants shared insights and proposed collaborative efforts aimed at rebuilding and advancing the region’s education sector.
